Order Cancellations

MSNL reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice if we have reason to believe that a customer is acting contrary to our Disclaimer, these Terms & Conditions, or UK law.
If we cancel an order after payment has been made, a full refund will be issued.

Product Use and Compliance

We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. While we aim to help customers make informed purchasing decisions, we cannot and will not assist in any activity that would breach UK law.

Germination or cultivation of cannabis seeds without the appropriate Home Office licence is illegal in the UK. As such, we cannot offer any advice, guidance, or support regarding the germination or growing of cannabis seeds.

Shipping and Damages

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If your seeds arrive in less than perfect condition, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
If you fail to inform us within this period, we regret that we will be unable to assist you.
If reporting damage, please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the external packaging and the damaged seeds.

Pricing, Promotions, and Rewards

We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, discounts, and rewards points at any time without prior notice.
Although we strive for accuracy, occasional errors may occur in product descriptions, promotions, or pricing. In the event of such an error, MSNL is not obliged to honour incorrect prices.
