How Club MSNL terms work.
These definitions explain what counts, when balances change and where exclusions apply.
Points expiry
Unused Club points expire 365 days after the date they are earned. Each points transaction has its own expiry date. Where notifications are enabled, an expiry reminder is sent 14 days before the affected points expire.
Qualifying spend
Qualifying spend is the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after discounts on orders that reach Complete status. Shipping charges and tax do not count toward tier spend.
Rolling 365-day tiers
Your tier is recalculated from qualifying orders completed during the previous 365 days. When an order becomes more than 365 days old, it leaves the calculation, so your tier can move up or down automatically.
Cancellations and refunds
Points earned from a canceled or refunded order are removed. A partial refund reduces the points awarded for the refunded merchandise. Points used on a refunded order are not restored automatically; contact customer support if an adjustment needs to be reviewed.
Referral validation
The 1,000-point referral reward is issued after a new customer uses the member’s referral link and their first eligible order reaches Complete status. Existing-customer, self, duplicate, canceled, refunded or invalid referrals do not qualify. One reward is available per new referred customer.
Promotion exclusions
Standard sale pricing and promo codes may be combined with rewards unless the offer or checkout states otherwise. Limited-time offers marked as non-combinable, selected bundles, free or bonus items, and other specifically excluded products or promotions do not qualify. Club points cannot be used against shipping costs.

What is Club MSNL?
Club MSNL is our free rewards program for loyal growers. Earn points on qualifying purchases and approved activities, then use those points toward future eligible orders. Your tier unlocks a higher earn rate and more benefits.
How do I join?
Create an MSNL account or sign in to your existing account. Membership is free, and eligible activity is tracked in your rewards account automatically.
How is my tier calculated?
Your tier is based on qualifying spend from orders completed during the previous 365 days. The calculation uses eligible merchandise paid after discounts and excludes shipping and tax. Because the window rolls daily, older orders drop out, and your tier may move down if the remaining 365-day spend no longer meets the threshold.
What counts as qualifying spend?
Qualifying spend is the eligible merchandise amount actually paid after discounts on an order that reaches Complete status. Shipping charges and tax are excluded. Cancelled and refunded merchandise is removed from the calculation.
What are Club points worth?
100 Club points are worth $1 toward an eligible order. Points cannot be redeemed against shipping costs. Your rewards account shows your available balance, transaction history and the expiry date for each expiring balance.
Can I earn or redeem points on shipping costs?
No. Shipping charges do not earn Club points, do not count toward tier qualifying spend and cannot be paid for with Club points. Points apply only to eligible order amounts shown at checkout.
When are purchase points added?
Purchase points become available when an eligible order reaches Complete status. Cancelled orders do not qualify. If all or part of an order is refunded, the points earned for the refunded merchandise are removed.
How do birthday rewards work?
Add your date of birth to your account profile. Your tier determines the birthday reward available to you, from 750 to 1,500 Club points.
How do referrals and reviews earn points?
A referral earns 1,000 points after a new customer follows your referral link and their first eligible order reaches Complete status. Existing-customer, self, duplicate, canceled, refunded or invalid referrals do not qualify. Each approved product review earns 125 points, subject to review moderation and program limits.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Unused Club points expire 365 days after the date they are earned, with each transaction keeping its own expiry date. Your account displays upcoming expiries, and an email reminder is scheduled 14 days beforehand when reward notifications are enabled.
Can I combine rewards with other promotions?
Usually. Standard sale pricing and promo codes can be combined with rewards unless the offer or checkout says they are not combinable. Selected limited-time offers, bundles, free or bonus items, heavily discounted products and any promotion specifically marked as excluded do not qualify. Applying points may also affect a promotion that requires a minimum merchandise spend.
Can rewards be transferred?
No. Rewards are linked to your individual MSNL account and cannot be transferred to another account.
