What is the MSNL Rewards Programme?
The MSNL Rewards Programme is our way of thanking loyal customers. Every time you place a successful order, refer a friend, celebrate a birthday or take part in selected promotions, you earn loyalty points. These points convert into discounts that can be used on future orders.
How do I join the MSNL Rewards Programme?
Simply create a free MSNL account. Once registered, you’ll automatically begin collecting reward points on qualifying purchases and activities.
How many points do I earn when I place an order?
You earn 3 points for approximately every £0.77 spent. For example:
- £0.77 = 3 points
- £77 = 300 points
Are there other ways to earn points?
Yes. You can also earn:
- 750 points for referring a friend (once their order is validated)
- 750 points on your birthday (when registered in your account)
- 50 points for signing up to our newsletter
- Points for approved product reviews and selected promotional activities
Do my points expire?
No. Your reward points do not expire. You can save them for as long as you like and build them up towards larger discounts or even a completely free order (excluding shipping costs).
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn or redeem?
No. There is no limit to how many points you can earn and no limit to how many points you can redeem in a single transaction. You’re free to use as many points as you wish at checkout.
How do I redeem my reward points?
Redeeming your points is simple:
- Log into your account.
- Add your chosen strains to your basket.
- Proceed to checkout.
- On the ‘Payment Information’ page, select the option to use your reward points.
- Enter the number of points you wish to redeem.
- Confirm your payment.
Can I get a completely free order using points?
Yes. If you have enough points saved, you can use them to cover the full cost of your seeds. Shipping charges may still apply. If your points cover the full product cost, you won’t need to enter any card details.
Where can I check how many points I have?
Log into your account and select the ‘Rewards’ icon (the trophy symbol). This section shows your current balance, transaction history, and the exchange rate of your points.
When are referral points added?
Referral points are credited once the referred customer has placed a successful and validated order. Points will then automatically appear in your Rewards section.
How are review rewards approved?
All reviews are moderated to ensure they are genuine and appropriate. Points are added once a review has been approved. Any inappropriate, duplicated, or non-original content may be rejected.
What happens if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any reward points earned from that purchase may be removed from your balance.
