Order Cancellations

MSNL reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice if we have reason to believe that a customer is acting in violation of our Disclaimer, these Terms & Conditions, or applicable laws. If an order is canceled after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund.

Product Use and Compliance

We are committed to offering high-quality products and customer service. While we aim to provide customers with accurate and helpful information to make informed purchasing decisions, we cannot and will not assist any customer in acts that violate U.S. federal or applicable state laws.
Please do not ask for advice related to cultivation, germination, or other activities that may be considered illegal under U.S. federal law.
Our cannabis seeds are sold strictly for souvenir, adult novelty, and collectible purposes. While certain states have legalized the cultivation of cannabis under local laws, MSNL is based in a jurisdiction where germination of cannabis seeds remains illegal. As such, we cannot discuss, advise on, or promote germination, cultivation, or related activities.

Customer Support

Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist you with questions regarding our products, your orders, or your account. However, any inquiries regarding germination, cultivation, or usage of seeds outside of collectible purposes will not be answered.

Shipping and Damages

If your seeds arrive in anything less than perfect condition, you must notify us immediately upon receipt. Please inspect all packages as soon as they arrive.
If you do not notify us within 7 days of delivery, we will be unable to assist you.
For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of both the external packaging and the damaged seeds when contacting us. This will help us process your claim as efficiently as possible.
