Returns Policy

All orders are packed carefully to protect products during transit.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please:

• Retain all original packaging

• Provide clear photographs of the damaged items in their original packaging

Once damage during transit is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

Returns

We accept returns for unopened and unused products only. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request return authorisation.

Returned items must remain sealed, unused, and in their original packaging. Once approved and received, we will issue a refund or replacement, in line with your preference.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, opened or used items cannot be returned.
