Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from our New York office in MSNL-branded, heat-sealed mylar packaging, placed inside a protective plastic vial and discreetly packed within a plain padded envelope.

Shipping Method

Orders are dispatched using USPS tracked services.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day (Monday–Friday). Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days from dispatch.

Shipping Cost

Tracked shipping is $12.95 per order and is free when you spend over $99.

MSNL Delivery Guarantee

Your order is guaranteed to arrive within a maximum of 10 working days from dispatch. If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, we will reship your order free of charge.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If after 10 days your order has not arrived please contact our support team within 30 days of the dispatch date so we can investigate the shipment and arrange for it to be resent.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number. You can track your delivery via the USPS Tracking website.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete. MSNL cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
