Order Cancellations

MSNL reserves the right to cancel any order at any time without prior notice if we have reason to believe that a customer is acting contrary to our Disclaimer, these Terms & Conditions, or Australian law. If your order is cancelled after payment has been made, we will issue a full refund.

Product Use and Compliance

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and customer service. We aim to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions; however, we cannot and will not provide any advice or support regarding activities that may breach Australian federal, state, or territory laws.
Our cannabis seeds are sold strictly for souvenir, collector's, and adult novelty purposes only.
Although some Australian states and territories have made limited allowances for personal cannabis use, cannabis remains illegal federally. Consequently, we cannot discuss, advise, or assist with germination, cultivation, or use of cannabis seeds for growing purposes.

Customer Support

Our dedicated customer service team is available to answer questions regarding our products, your orders, or your account. However, any queries relating to the germination or cultivation of cannabis seeds will not be responded to.

Shipping and Damages

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, you must contact us immediately upon receipt. Please open and inspect all packages as soon as they arrive.
If you fail to notify us within 7 days of delivery, we will be unable to assist you with any claims.
In case of damage, please retain all original packaging and provide clear photographs of the packaging and damaged seeds when you contact us.
