Delivery Destinations

This shipping policy applies to orders placed through the MSNL UK store. We deliver within the United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom is not available through this storefront.

Packaging

All orders are shipped in MSNL-branded, heat-sealed mylar packaging, placed inside a protective plastic vial and discreetly packed within a plain padded envelope.

Shipping Method

Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail tracked services.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

Most UK orders arrive within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Your order is guaranteed to arrive within a maximum of 10 working days from dispatch.

If your order does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team with your order number. We will reship your order free of charge.

This guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number.
