We offer free 1-5 day shipping on all orders over $99 from our New York office shipped on a tracked USPS service.
GUARANTEED EXPRESS SHIPPING $8.20 (Approx £6.30)
Our Guaranteed Express Shipping option means you will get your seeds within 1-5 working days from placing the order. Orders will be shipped from within the country of delivery to get to you quickly and safely. All seeds will be packaged in a discreet plain padded envelope with crushproof packaging for protection.
All Express orders are GUARANTEED to arrive within 1-5 working days. In particularly busy periods such as Christmas this could take up to 7 days. If the order does not reach you we will resend the order completely free of charge!All Express packages are sent with a tracking code which can be found in your shipping confirmation email and in your account area after you have completed the order and it has been dispatched.
Return Policy
We send all orders in protective crush proof envelopes and stealth items are sent inside an unrelated product to make them even safer from heavy handed mailmen and prying eyes! If, however, your seeds do not arrive in perfect condition you must contact us within 7 days to let us know. Please keep all the packaging and be aware we will need to see a clear photo of the damaged goods, in their original packaging. Once we have received this information and we agree it was damaged on route we will dispatch your a replacement order the same day, completely free of charge. Please note that our seeds are fresh, hand selected, premium products, but they are still a 100% natural product and as such, if you are fortunate enough to live in an area where it is 100% legal to germinate these we cannot guarantee all items will do so. We do not offer returns on products under any other circumstance.
