The White Cheese strain came into existence when we crossed two of our most potent and legendary strains. The first being the deliciously savory and high-potency strain, Cheese. And the second strain was Auto Widow, known for her large resin production and for being the auto-flowering version of iconic, White Widow. This is an Indica-dominant hybrid that promotes a nice body buzz. Because this is an auto strain it's easy to grow, is short in stature, has a quick seed to harvest time frame, yet still manages to produce great yields.
Due to its Indica dominance and unique lineage, the effects can take away stress and reduce anxiety through its happy and relaxed buzz. Although the effects are more physical than cerebral, smoking this strain will not lock you to the couch or prevent you from attending to your scheduled plans. However, if you smoke a lot of White Cheese at once, the result could turn into a deep and intense body stone. So, really it all depends on what kind of day or feeling you want to have. Smoke as little or as much as you want to achieve your desired results.
As an auto-flowering plant, the White Cheese strain grows quickly. It only takes 70 to 80 days from the time you germinate to the day you're ready to harvest. And as the harvest season approaches, the classic cheesy smell gets richer and richer. This plant does great in a small indoor environment and does equally well growing outdoors. It doesn't require a strict light cycle because it's able to flower on its own. If you prefer to grow your cannabis plants outside, this is a great option because you can get two harvests. The fast life cycle means you can seed and then harvest in late June or early July, then again at the beginning of September. Yields for this auto strain are generous with harvests reaching 200 to 300 grams per M2.
Our White Cheese strain is one of our favourite auto-flowering plants because of its genetic diversity and strength. It produces the fragrant and tantalizing aroma of its photoperiod parent, Cheese, and the heavy resin volume from White Widow. However, it completes its life cycle a whole lot sooner than either of these two. Also, it relies on its ruderalis genetics to thrive in tough situations, making it a great candidate for beginner growers and those with basic indoor growing equipment.
The smell of White Cheese in your hand is a delight for any cheese connoisseur or person who simply loves the creamy, sour taste of cheese. As far as the tasting notes of the smoke go, they're very similar to the aroma of the strain. On the inhale, the smoke provides an intense, sweet cheese flavour, but the earthy undertones create a very palatable smoke.
